SHIPPING

The estimated shipping time for items that are marked “in stock” is 1-2 business days.

Items that are not in stock are either for pre–order or custom made (bridal/formal shoes).

LEAD TIME:

  • Pre-order designs: 7 to 14 working days
  • Custom made bridal/formal designs: 4 to 6 weeks

RATES ( For 1 to 2 pairs): Rates and Courier providers are subject to change without prior notice

  • Within Metro Manila: 90php
  • Provincial (via LBC): 320php
  • International: based on country and number of pairs (calculated weight of package)
  • Grab express or Lalamove for Same day delivery: location based rate

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are happy with your order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days (from the date you received your order) to arrange your size exchange. 

Returned shoes will be honoured provided item/s are in their original condition, including the original shoebox. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles (or visible shoe creases) with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Note: Shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.

Purple Sole reserves the right to refuse any return on product that does not meet the above requirements.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are subject to our store refund policy at the time of purchase, unless the product purchased is found to be unfit for the purpose of which it was intended (size label error, factory defect on the product itself). A customer changing their mind after purchase, deciding they dislike a style, color, or fit, for example, is not the fault of Purple Sole and generally cannot be held responsible.
